What is the current Calendar of Events?
The 2008-2009 Calendar of Events includes:
Summer Camps: The Four Day Summer Ballet Camp is open to new students as well as current students levels IA-IIA on August 5-8 from 2:00-5:00pm. The Five Day Summer Ballet Camp is open to current students levels IIB-IIIB and new students with at least three years of prior dance experience on August 18-22 from 1:00-5:00pm. Fall-Spring Semester: Classes begin the first week of September 2008 and continue through June 2009 with a spring performance. Call us at (952) 356-4481 or email us for current class schedule openings and fees and to request a Registration Form.
Most classes and camps held at Minnetonka Community Church.

What are the Purpose, Distinctives, and Key Values?
Purpose: To provide classical ballet training and theater performance experiences that give testimony to the life-changing message of Jesus Christ.
Distinctives:

Classical ballet training in a positive atmosphere that emphasizes and encourages biblical moral values.

Posture for Life scripture memory program designed to develop godly character qualities for life.

Studio and production expenses partially underwritten by contributions/tax-deductible donations in order to make ballet training and performance experiences affordable for those who could not otherwise participate.

Theater performance experiences that give testimony to the life-changing message of Jesus Christ.

Performance opportunities each year open to all students.

Costumes for all performances provided without additional expense to the students.

Partnership with Reign Ministries youth discipleship/missions programs.

While posture and physical training can enhance the health, appearance, and performance of the body, emphasis is given to the fact that true beauty and strength come from a heart and life that is pure before God and others.

The art of ballet can be learned and enjoyed without the necessity of wealth, inappropriate movement, or indecent costuming. God can be praised through the art of dance.

Reign Dance Theater is made up of students age 7 through adult.
